Terms of Service

These are my terms of service that you automatically agree to when you commission me.
I can be flexible with certain situations and may change my terms if discussed with me first

General Terms:

  • I expect to be treated with kindness and respect, if there is inappropriate behavior I can cancel a commission at any time. This may also prevent you from commissioning me in the future.

  • I can decline any commission upfront or cancel at any time

  • Provide proper references, if you want something specific please specify!

  • My commission availability is based on a first come first serve basis

Payment:

  • Payment is through cashapp or Paypal +any added fees (prices in USD $)

  • Pay 50% upfront and the rest later OR all upfront whichever you prefer

  • I can refuse and cancel any commissions

  • Full refund if I cancel a commission for personal reasons

  • If you cancel a commission and I have already started you are 75% refunded

Process:

  • I will show progress in the stages of the artwork. WIPs (Work In Progress) can be asked for at anytime

  • All WIPs I send will be watermarked unless paid FULLY upfront

  • The expected time for me to finish an artwork is about 2-3 weeks

  • If you need a commission done in a certain timeframe, please specify before commissioning me (Prices may increase with my availability)

  • My canvas size is around 2000 pixels by 2000 pixels with 300 dpi. Let me know beforehand if you need a specific canvas size

Revisions:

  • You may request revisions at any time, I appreciate any input or revisions in the sketch phase of the artwork.

  • If you require a lot of revisions after the finalized sketch I may ask for more payment (especially if heavy revisions are requested at least half way through the artwork process)

Copyright:

  • Commissioners are allowed to:

  • Use the artwork/design for personal/noncommercial use

  • Post the artwork with proper credit

  • I as the artist am allowed to:

  • Use the artwork in promotion for my own work and post it to my social media

  • Reproduce/make merchandise of the artwork (I will not sell it to other businesses)

  • Keep all rights to my artwork

  • You may purchase a commercial license from me which can be discussed in detail

I specialize in:

  • Monster and creature design

  • Alien-like design

  • Animal based characters

  • Mechs/robots

  • Humans/Humanoids

I will not draw:

  • NSFW

  • Extreme Gore

  • Other art styles

  • Graphic design

  • Portraits of real people

  • Anything purposefully harmful or offensive

Prices

Depending on simplicity or complexity prices may change!
Prices are determined by the amount of time an artwork takes me

Expect complex characters to be $5-$20 more (depends on the commission type)
Examples of complex characters: intricate design, lots of accessories, many limbs/wings, many patterns/colors, etc.

Sketches will be messier and quicker than line art. They will typically be done in grayscale with a singular solid color added behind the sketch. You may request a simple gradient and/or 1-3 colors for no extra price. +$5 for simple shading/lighting

Line art will typically be after the finalized sketch. Basic flat coloring will be added with the line art. You may request a basic gradient for shading/lighting over the colors for no extra cost. +$8 for simple shading/lighting

Rendered Fullbody || $45

Complete and complex shading, lighting, and line art. I can be flexible with my rendering style and the prices for rendering. Typically I will render in a more painterly style, but I can also do a cell-shaded style, or a combination of both. Let me know which one you prefer!

Rendered Scenery || $50

A fully rendered scenery that mainly consists of a background/environment. Typically a single small character will be added. Extra characters will cost +50% original price of this option (depending on size/detail)

Character Sheet/Page || $50

A character reference sheet that comes with 1 fullbody, color palette, and 2-4 other important character attributes. (Ex. headshots, eyes, accessories, positions, clothes) Only for existing characters!
Added attributes for +$4-$10 (depending on size/detail)

Character Design/Concept Art || ~$55

Around 3-10 sketch concept designs based on a general idea, written description, moodboard, or existing design. The end product will be 1-3 flat color designs. Communication is key with concept design so I will send you WIPs for your input and revisions. This option is very flexible with its pricing and outcomes so don't be afraid to ask!
